The Intern - Volunteers' Teaching Enthusiasm of the Exercise in the Age-friendly Healthy City beyond COVID-19 in Tainan.

Background: Physical activity is the key point to our experience of older age and the opportunities that aging brings. It was important to change how the older adults think, feel, and act towards active life to ensure proper networking during the COVID-19 pandemic

Objective: To provide the community health course system online learning replaces face-to-face learning and plan to train the older to become volunteers as the intern teachers to promote exercise and active life online.

Program content: A total of 51 community-dwelling older adults were joined into three 3 community projects used communications software LINE. They participated in 60 minutes of multi-component exercise groups program and how to use 3C video equipment online of 1 day per week for 6 weeks during the COVID-19 pandemic. Summarize the findings;The COVID-19 pandemic had highlighted the seriousness of existing gaps in instant messaging systems and health services in older adults. During the COVID-19 pandemic, there had been almost disappeared physical activity everywhere.There were 14 volunteers enter the community to become the intern teacher to en-gage in the work of physical activity promotion after the course in the COVID-19 beyond. Using App for older adults’ groups networking and learning  were recognized and effective.
