Terms and Conditions
1) Registrations should be paid in full before the commencement of the conference.
2) The registration fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
3) Please ensure your email address is accurate. Registrants will be receiving the webinar link via registered email at least 3 days before the event, if you failed to receive it, please contact us at info@afhc2021.org.
4) Session speakers and topics are subject to change according to circumstances and without prior notice.
5) The conference will be conducted in Zoom. Registrants shall ensure they have installed the APP and smooth access to the Internet for participating in the programmes. The organiser is not responsible for access failure due to the above reasons.
6) Replay of conference sessions will be available online afterwards. The replay is for personal reference and shall not be shared with others.
7) In case of any disputes, The China Hong Kong Chapter of the Alliance for Healthy Cities reserves the right of the final decision.
